Delivery & Returns

UNITED KINGDOM

We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders over £30 value. This is via Royal Mail 2nd Class and takes 2-3 days. Orders under £30 have a £3.95 delivery charge and are also shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class.

We also offer a Tracked 24 delivery for £7.95 but orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to Friday to use this service. 

Delivery options can be selected during the checkout process.

EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD

We ship worldwide. For any European and Rest of World orders, standard delivery is £14.99 by Royal Mail.

Please note for any Non-EU countries you may be liable for local import and customs charges which are not included in our pricing.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchases from Barbershop Botanicals, however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned unopened within 30 days of receipt.

All items must be returned to us in a perfect condition (unless faulty or damaged in transit) and will be inspected once we have received the return as we would love to sell the product again. This means all products must have intact packaging, including relevant tags and labelling. Products must not have been opened and/or used (unless faulty). If your return was purchased as part of a bundle or a free gift was offered, the complete bundle and/or free gift must be returned to us. We cannot return or exchange only part of a bundle product.

Please ensure your return is properly packaged before returning it to us, we suggest using the box your order arrived in with the same fill we have used to send the order out. Please return it our head office at the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days. 

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Please note, we can only offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged.
With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting in case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us, and where possible send the return on a tracked service.
